Hey Luvs!!! I’m ecstatic to announce my new collaboration
with London Times Curve by Maggy London for Spring 2016. These fun, colorful and ladylike looks from this collection works beautifully with everything I’m here for
this season. I’ll be sharing
a couple of my favorite pieces from the London Times Curve collection and of course reviewing
pieces that really caught my eye like this mixed print dress. While most people fear the very thought of
coupling prints and patterns; I revel in every moment. What can I say, “I’m kind
of a sucker for mixing prints” and this dress hits the mark. The bold floral pattern mixed with stripes
let off a feminine yet edge vibe and I decided to follow it's lead by pairing it with a black moto from Fashion to Figure and weather appropriate booties from DSW.
Fit Notes:
Because this dress is categorized as a flare dress, I ordered my normal size of 24W to allow more length in the skirt. The dress did run a little bit larger in the
bust area, so if you want a fitted look go a size down to achieve a true fit
and flare. But be warned the skirt length will shorten if you go down a size.
Style Note:
Of course there are a couple other ways I would wear this
piece like with a pretty pink quarter length coat for a wedding, black ballet
flats with a denim jacket for a matinee or just with simple black sandals. See the options?
Ready to bring this cutie home? The dress that is.
What other ways would you rock this look now?
Let Me Know.
Until Next Time!
xoxo
