A couple months ago the founders of WhoWhatWear debut their first Target collaboration online and in stores. The collaboration features an assortment of cool everyday pieces that mix and match effortlessly in any wardrobe. The preview of pieces really had me excited for this partnership. As I browsed the lookbook I saw so many items that would work in my everyday life. Moto jackets, tie blouses, bright print pencil skirts and shirt dresses to name a few.
I was elated
to see these real pieces for plus size women like myself. Of course, my enthusiasm had some moments of disappointment
as everything was not available in plus size or the fit was off, but there were
some silver lining pieces like this cargo trench vest gone girly or as I like to call it Utilitarian Chic (see similar look here). This piece was so cute and
functional in any wardrobe, I knew I had to have it and I knew my blogger boo, The Jenesaisquoi was
feeling the vibe also. So of course this
meant we had to share how we rock Who Wear What cargo trench vest.
I’m a huge fan of cargo pieces and when I can mix it up beyond jeans I’m super geeked. That’s what I really love about this piece from Target. I can mix this vest up several ways to still achieve maximum style.
I decided to go girly with my vest by pairing it with this cute swing dress from ASOS and nude pump. I would definitely wear this look to a meeting, happy hour mixer or even a date.
The nude dress with olive vest is right on with my color vibe this season. I being drawn to cools and nudes this season for some reason and I’m having fun with it.
What do you think?
How would rock it?

Until next time!
