Winter Style: My Style Essentials for Cold Weather Days

I don't know about you but, brace yourselves, babes. The past couple of month has been COLD AF!! Jack Frost, Hawk and Momma Nature all got together and created a monster of downright rude cold weather. I live in the south and let me tell you if you thought it doesn't get sold here, then you’re in for quite a rude awakening. Does the phrases bomb cycle ring a bell? I thought so. The new year has just peaked into the middle of the month January and already winter being is a real ice queen. So what's a girl suppose to do about looking stylish is this type of foolishness?

 For my first post of the new year, I decided I share with you my favorite style essentials for winter all in one look. Yup. The six pieces I currently have in my closet that I wear all the time. This will be a two-part post. One of the items will actually be worn two ways to show a little versatility especially for those of us traveling through Tundra like territories.

Now because snow is not a real thing here in the south, my winter style is all about being stylish and very functional. In order to accomplish this task, I have alot from my favorite pieces :

This was the perfect time to mix up the soft knits of this midi sweater dress from ASOS with a cool girl leather moto and denim. A perfect combo, if you ask me. This winter chic look has everything!
