Kiss Nails and Lash Kit from Influenster
I am a long time fan of Kiss Nails. This may be on the only brand I prefer to use when I'm rocking my nails. The construction of the nails is pretty realistic. I've had people admire what they thought was my real nails many times. Plus, they take on color so well, and you can change up the style anytime. I received two set a fancy pair with sequins and other colors, and a bold fall set perfect for wrapping your hands around a cup of pumpkin spice coffee.Another excellent Kiss product I received from Influenster was the new Lash Couture Triple Push-Up Lashes. This triple layer lash design marries beauty and technology, as it delivers a three lash design in one strip for dimensional lift & high-impact effect. Talk about POW POW! And while I don't do lashes, I've thought about experimenting to see if I could wear them with my glasses.
Have you tried the nails of lashes? Do you have some helpful tips for me when come to lash application? Let me know.

Curl Up with Ouidad!
Ouidad is the original curl expert with one iconic idea: let curls be curls. Ouidad products are formulated with high-quality ingredients for healthy, hydrated hair. I had the great pleasure of experiencing the new Vital Curl System. Specially designed to help curly hair look its best. The Vital Curl system preserves and protects your curls' delicate moisture balance. The Ouidad VitalCurl system is specifically formulated for perfect curls, this hydrating system gently cleanses and nourishes the hair while rebalancing pH levels for optimal curl health. For best results, use the entire system. Its partner product, the Ouidad VitalCurl Balancing Rinse Conditioner for classic curls.
Now while I am a big fan of the most Ouidad system, this was not a favorite of my kinky curls. But it did do something magical with my 3c beach wave wig. I highly recommend it for my 3B and 3C girls.

Face First
The next few items on my obsession list for self-care are skincare finds. A couple of weeks ago I took a trip through TJ Maxx and discovered some pretty serious skin finds. Rata & Co., a New Zealand Naturals skincare brand, established and based in Christchurch, New Zealand creates skincare products of natural ingredients and is distributed around the world. While they are not in all the mainstream stores, they continue to grow in popularity.I picked up the Chia Seed facial oil and Rose Hip Facial serum. Let talk about the magical goodness of the Chia Seed situation. Made with Chia Seed Oil, Avocado Oil and Coconut Oil this high in fatty acids and Omega-3 and Omega-6 face oil is full of all types of goodies for the skin.
And when combined with the Rosehip Oil...Chile...heaven.
Speaking of heavenly serums. I took the liberty of sharing some of my other favorites below.
Another item I love to treat my face to is the L'OREAL facial mask. I'm currently enjoying the PURE-CLAY Detox & Brighten Cleanser and the PURE-SUGAR Nourish & Soften Cocoa Scrub. This was the perfect skin treatment after my cruise with The Curvy Fashionista. Have you seen the recap to our cruise adventure? Check it out here. Do you use masks? What is your favorite type? What do you use it for?
Check out my favorite L'oreal mask below and tell me what you think.
Since we are talking about skincare, let chat a min about the Azure 24K Gold Sparkling Firming Mask. This treatment provides your skin with a healthy glow, helping restore vital moisture and elasticity to your skin. This formula helps to remove a build-up of oils, dirt, dead skin cells, and impurities leaving the skin fresh, rejuvenated, illuminance and even-toned skin. Get your mask here.
Let's Talk about Gold Goodies
Last, but definitely not least, we're talking about these golden goodies. I'm obsessing over are these earrings from Trutogs.com. This mission-driven company founded by husband and wife, Anita and Bob Winter, sets out to accomplish two goals: Opening up the global marketplace to craftsmen and artisans often in remote locations around the world and the US. That may suffer under extreme poverty and are at risk of exploitation. Bringing their quality handmade products to eCommerce markets empowers them economically enabling them to provide a better quality of life and to protect their families. And using the profits to support young missionaries who invest their lives in ministering the gospel to people of all nations. Youth with a Mission, ywam.org, is located in over 180 countries.
I received two beautiful pieces and though it was such an honor to be asked to try these piece.
To find out more about this beautiful company and the pieces they have got to www.trutogs.com.
Well, That's it for my October Obsessions!! Getting back into this blogging thing and looking add more product reviews to my resume. Let me know if there is a product you want me to try or questions about my skincare routine.
See you later!
